    I purchased and downloaded Microsoft Word 2016 on 8/14/2017.  It totally closes the app when I switch to another window.  I have to reopen Word and try to recover what is lost.  This is totally unacceptable.  I either need to chat with a tech who can correct this problem or get my money back.

    Also, I get a message that this is an unlicensed app even though I have the product key and the app has been activated.

    I get a message that Word is not the default for opening things even though it does open documents.

    I get a message that there is an error and give permission to fix it.  This happens every time I open the app.
