I'm not interested in Bob, Kim, Sam or anyone else at this point, I need real person to communicate with to resolve this issue. I was being helped by 'your' tech, Nikko. When I pressed requested key by Nikko, lost contact, not able to reconnect. Are you saying I need to wait until tomorrow, Sunday, the 29th of October to retry again. How do I connect to real person again? This is getting sooo ridiculous I can't believe Microsoft has gone to such a low, inconvenient level for a 40 plus year customer. Thom
