    What a waste of time trying to actually talk with a Microsoft Technical Support Agent to resolve an issue!!!  You just can not reach a real, live person.  The automated system does not respond to the question.  It responds with several articles which has no relationship to the question I need help with.  VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
