You can talk to a live person... if you want to spend at least $99.00. They don't care about their customers. Now Outlook has replaced Hotmail... with fewer features and flexibility.
I have been trying to pay my subscription but cant get into my account. Frustrated as need to speak with someone please. I can't use my laptop at all.
