contacting a live person regarding hotmail

i need help today with accessing a hotmail account. i am a psw at my clients house and he is an older pallative gentleman and for some reason on his computer where is normally able to sign into his hotmail account without a password he cant and he has important document he needs. his son was here yesterday trying to reset password for him but was unsuccessful he has medical stuff he needs for perscription and cannot remember his password to his hotmail and he is very upset i have all his information can a live person or someone please help him he is out of options and needs his hotmail account today thanks

Any suggestions from Microsoft are pointless. My mom got randomly locked out of her hotmail account. The password was stored, she had it written down, and she was using the correct one. It tells her it doesn't recognize her recovery email, yet the recovery email address indicates it is the recovery account for her hotmail account. It's a never-ending loop of frustration and no results. It now tells her she's tried to recover it too many times. Pointless to have a service where a real person never responds, nor can you get help.

You have blocked my hotmail account!!! I need it very bad! Please help me! My Thai number is *** (Dutch was ***) or ... Hope to hear soon from you.... You can't imagine how furious I am.... How can you mess up peoples lives only because they are in a foreign country??? I'm here for relaxation and you bring me a lot of stress (there's money involved!!) because of your ridiculous security inventions... Please solve this.... Thank you very much in advance!
