I don't know how 187 people can find this helpful, when it is just a lot of folks talking about not being able to see full screen email. Reading about the problem is NOT helpful......we need a solution!!

How do I restore screen back to a full screen to read my e-mails?? It is now a screen split in half! Also when sending an outgoing e-mail it notifies me "error, pop 3" & tells me e-mails "not sent." What does that mean???? Please help!!??

I can't get rid of split screen so can't read emails. It is giving me a bad headache!
