how do I get rid of a split e-mail screen and back to a full e-mail screen to read mail?

How do I restore screen back to a full screen to read my e-mails??  It is now a screen split in half!  Also when sending an outgoing e-mail it notifies me "error, pop 3"   & tells me e-mails "not sent."    What does that mean????   Please help!!??

    What we are describing is essentially Outlook launching a separate browser window next to the Outlook window and making each separate window 1/2 of the screen real estate.  This is different from splitting the one window into two panes like a preview pane.

    Hope that description helps... any suggestions are welcome.

    To assist you better, can you tell us more about your concern? Also, provide us with the following information:

    • How are you trying to access your email? Which email program do you use?
    • Which browser do you use? Have you tried using a different browser?
    • What happens when you try to write or delete an email? Are you getting any error message? If you do, a screenshot would be appreciated.

    I do not want a split screen on my Outlook Express emails.  I cannot use the scroll bar on Outlook Express.  It is there but does not work.
