how do I get rid of a split e-mail screen and back to a full e-mail screen to read mail?

How do I restore screen back to a full screen to read my e-mails?? It is now a screen split in half! Also when sending an outgoing e-mail it notifies me "error, pop 3" & tells me e-mails "not sent." What does that mean???? Please help!!??

I do not want a split screen on my Outlook Express emails. I cannot use the scroll bar on Outlook Express. It is there but does not work.

To assist you better, can you tell us more about your concern? Also, provide us with the following information:
- How are you trying to access your email? Which email program do you use?
- Which browser do you use? Have you tried using a different browser?
- What happens when you try to write or delete an email? Are you getting any error message? If you do, a screenshot would be appreciated.

What we are describing is essentially Outlook launching a separate browser window next to the Outlook window and making each separate window 1/2 of the screen real estate. This is different from splitting the one window into two panes like a preview pane.

Hope that description helps... any suggestions are welcome.
