I recently purchased this registry cleaner "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

That is exactly what happens with this company.
I thought I was talking with and giving remote access to a MSFT certified individual.
One time, hey took 6 hours to fix a problem, but they created another one.
The last time I used them (as I had signed up for 4 years), they had fixed the problem without any other collateral damage and I told them that I would never use them again.
I haven't.
They had me download Panda Internet Security..which is very good...almost too good. It blocks any site that would try and get my demographics...they call them extensions.
So, I would say that 1 out of 10 of these operators are certified. But, it's a crapshoot who you get when you call.
I wish I would have taken my computer to a MSFT certified techie.
Do not use these people even if you are in an emergency state. Rather go to an Office Depot and live without the computer for a few days.
Just my recommendation.
Nope. Google RegCleanPro and you will see that it is a scam. It will say that it found a tremendous amount of problems, if i had one word to say about this program it will be crap ware, The name says its personality it is crap and also spyware, and adware. Don't buy this software. the people whom created it are idiots who want to infect computers
I added Systweak to my computer in early 2013 and have been struggling with missing registry errors that continue to get worse and less and less of my computer is user friendly. It has been hijacked and is very frustrating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
