I recently purchased this registry cleaner  "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

Three programs from Systweak (along with something called allmyapps) appeared in Control Panel/Programs and Features today. I definitely did not order, buy or download them. How does this happen?

No one else has access to my computer or to any of my accounts. That's what makes this so weird.
