Is "RegClean Pro by Systweak" as they state a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner"?

I just installed both RegClean Pro and Adcanced System Protector and also the free photo program Systweak Photostudio 2.1. All programs work properly. I paid (including tax EURO 34) Systweak is a German company in Cologne.

My problem with Sysweak  and how did I solve it

I don’t know when this happened, what I guessed was  one day a window pop up on the screen stating that ny PC  register was damaged I  need to scan  it to remove the errors.  Another small window appeared stating I can click for a free complete scan of my  registry .  I clicked on it.  The scan proceeded  and showed 78 errors on  the screen.   Errors could be removed by a click which I did.

I also subscribed to Registry Cleaning  which I paid by credit card something like 19.99$  or 29.99$.

After that the nightmare occurred.  At first every time I  switched on the PC  a cleaning registry occurred  with the fix it widow reappeared .  Errors could be removed without problem.  Then after that every time you fix the registry, another window reappeared  asking for re-enrollment, credit card number etc…

I tried to remove the Registry scan program by Sysweak  without success because even after it says  my  uninstall operation was successful, the pop ups still reappeared.

I called the 800 number they provided to help users of their softwares which appeared in the popups. , get hold of a person who answered the call (they must have dozens of people busy doing the job), this person helped me to remove the Registryscan program (generally located on top of the list of programs in your computer even when alphabetically it should be near the end.  But in the mean time that it removed the Registry scan program, it installed another program at the end of the program list.

This program should be completely removed (uninstall it) before your PC  is safe for a while, I hope.

I believe that Microsoft was responsible for this scam to happen.  I only used this registerscan program because Sysweak claimed that Microsoft was their partner.  Claim that Microsoft never denied.
