I recently purchased this registry cleaner "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

I also called their tech support number after the program failed to eliminate an "error 1721", which the program said it did. So even though it removed "supposedly" 1540 errors, it did not correct the registry error that I purchased the program for...............then after a call to the 800# and allowing them to manipulate my computer (yes, I'm very foolish) they did not fix the problem, seemed to have added a few more, and then tried to get me to sign up for 2-years of "help" for a one-time charge of $348. then when I balked, they said it would cover 4 -years................what a deal. NO THANKS.
This response was much appreciated. I was having all these scans of my computer and the message that my computer had all these errors. I didn't know where the software came from, but figured that it was probably downloaded by Microsoft when I saw it was a Microsoft Partner. I was considering buying it but fortunately decided to google it first and found that OoVoo was the culprit. I've uninstalled both.
I purchased this through Omnitech, about 3months ago, which is a microsoft partner. However, My mom got scammed by the cmaayy thing about 3weeks ago. It is NOT the same people. Omnitech is real and pretty helpful (the price was a little steep) I have the systweak software and it works great. when my mom got hacked with cmaayy microsoft checked both computers after they were fixed. The cmaayy thing is a scam, omnitech is not. omnitech did not have me "log on" through my run box, which is what the scammer did to my mom. also omnitech doesn't call you- you call them. and the scammers numbers are also coming up as dell om the caller ID. thanks
And yet here they are at:

what 's going on? Have they just paid $$ for a Microsoft web stamp?
