Is "RegClean Pro by Systweak" as they state a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner"?

I recently purchased this registry cleaner  "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

    Si vous avez acheté et payé vous vous etes faite avoir, c'est une escroquerie!  Il n'y a rien a faire sauf apprendre par votre erreur et ne pas acheter ces genres de produits inutiles dans le future.

    Il n'est pas avisable ou conseillé de publier votre numéro de téléphone ou addresse couriel sur un forum publique!  Pour ce qui est de votre netoyeur de registre vous vous etes faites avoir, c'est une arnaque!
