I recently purchased this registry cleaner "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

2014-02-28T23:08:41+00:00 I purchased the "RegCleanPro" for a 1 yr on 2 comp. There were 2 HUGE problems that occurred: 1) They COMPLETELY removed all my pics from "Photo Gallery" ??????? Right, WTF!!! After about 6 hrs they were able to restore the pics on my desk top, but were unable to "find" or restore them on my lap top. Think that's bad... Wait. After arguing with the supervisor about how it clearly wasn't my fault, they at least offered a 6 month extension on the program. Wait it gets even better! The 2nd issue came after everything was "DONE" on both computers. My friend and I were standing, within site of the computer, when the curser started moving. I thought this was odd, but I had literlly just hung up with the tech so I assumed they were running one last test. The curser moved to my Facebook tile and... YES clicked! I had told them Facebook was running slowly so I again assumed it was just a "CHECK". Then he moved to my "settings", then to my "Friends" and selected to "accept" all the friends requests.! You have to remember that all this happened in approx. 4-5 sec. Then he went to a **** site.. YUP that's right... He clicked the I "LIKED" this page ..... and shared it on my timeline. Literally, within 15 sec.. Needless to say, I jumped and shut the comp off. Could not undue what had happened other than restart and delete the pic of the bare assed woman and the "3-way" pic which was the face page of the site he "Liked" for ME! After explaining to my 76 yr old mother what happened; as if she really understood! I called them and threatened to fly to India, Pakistan or wherever the **** the guy was. They said they would "investigate" and call me back. After a short time the tech called to explain, and I **** you not, said that the tech had "Lost control of the curser!" While this is just MY opinion... JUST SAY NO!
