Is "RegClean Pro by Systweak" as they state a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner"?

I recently purchased this registry cleaner  "RegClean Pro by Systweak". They promoted that they are a "Microsoft Gold Certified Partner". Is this true?

    no theyre not and its a window to hack ande scam you,run away from it,or delete scrub and delete again,get it off your system and any affiliate progs too,its dangerous

    its not a microsoft official programe,i have 500gb drive with 470gb free yet its warning me to use this program to make space on my drive,its a scare scam to make you buy and its absoulutly awfull to uninstall once in,forget it and get a better programe from file hippo or geek squad usually free of charge

    It doesn't help. What would help is if you simply answered the question: 

    Is "RegClean Pro" a true MS-Certified product as it claims or is it some sort of spammy knockoff as it very much seems to be?

    Basically is the app legit or not? 

    No, it's a proven scam. I'm shocked Microsoft hasn't sued for them lying about being a partner.

    And they should before someone sues.
