I found  the exact problem that causes this freezes. My computer freezed today at 20:17. I went to the event viewer and found that at that time there is an event says that "The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified."

Is there anyone who knows about it?

Thank you.

Hi, Tekinalp67,

Try Gloria's Suggestion from this thread-

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-hardware/error-6008/5a6138d1-e997-4d74-98a4-bb974c4114c1

-Or-

Start > Type Regedit

Press Enter

Navigate to the following key:

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

Look for an entry listed as DgiVecp

If you find this, then change the Start data value to 4.

Reboot the system and see if the message is gone.

What is your computer make and model, please?"

I try to technet but it said your windows is not supported in your country.

I do not understand your statement regarding windows not supported in your country.  Would you mind explaining it in detail?  Does it mean you are not able to Activate Windows?

Did you post to TechNet Forum?  Would you mind posting a link to that thread on this forum?

Technet forum has many IT professionals that deal with issues such as yours on a regular basis.  We've gone full circle with what I am able to advise therefore I advised that you post to TechNet forum.

Meanwhile, your installation of Windows may have corrupted on install.  You can perform a "Clean Install of Windows 7 on your unit and see if BSOD's occur after that.
