Event says when my system froze that "The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified."

I found  the exact problem that causes this freezes. My computer freezed today at 20:17. I went to the event viewer and found that at that time there is an event says that "The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified."

Is there anyone who knows about it?

Navigate to the following key:

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services

 Look for an entry listed as DgiVecp

 If you find this, then change the Start data value to 4.

 Reboot the system and see if the message is gone.

Event ID 6008 - is it still showing up in Event Viewer?  Possibilities were heat, video drivers, faulty devices, failing HD's etc

    I read the article. In my case I have 0's. 

    It says

    2. Check the memory: Verify the memory by using a memory checker. Verify that each memory chip is the same speed and that it is configured correctly in the system. (Not for me)

If you added memory, installed a newer processor, installed additional drives, or added external devices, such devices may require more energy than the current power supply can provide consistently. (I have 750w PSU in my computer I think it is enough for me. i5, 6900 ati, 1 tb harddisk asus p8h67 mother board and 8gb ram)
    4. Overheating: Check whether the system is overheating by examining the internal temperature of the hardware. (I played so many times Fifa 2012 and increase the heat of the graphic card a lot but i did not meet with a problem like that)
    5. Defaults: Use system defaults, and run the system. (System is in default)

    Today I got this error in 32 bit as well. First I was using a panda antivirus. During panda usage I did not get any errors. But after I installed norton antivirus 2011 I got this error after some time usage.

    Did you upgrade your system to Windows 7 or did it come with Windows 7 pre-installed?

    Most Windows applications are 32-bit.  They're slowly churning out 64-bit apps.  As for activation issues, are you installing from the same DVD?

    You can use the same key you used to activate Windows 7 64-bit if it is all contained on the same DVD rom.  Follow Andre Da Costa's directions for phone activation in the following url:

    I install 32 bit Windows 7 and beginning to use it. So far so now there is no problem. I think the reason for these crashes is 64 BIT WINDOWS 7 which means MICROSOFT. If I explored that it is because of 64 bit windows 7 from that time I will not buy any microsoft product and start a legal remedy in my country to microsoft. I am using the key that I activated my windows 7 64 bit in 32 bit and I could not activate this. The only responsible for this situation is microsoft. They should meet my cost.
