I suggest to sticky this thread! here are my suggests between zune and windows phone: see new apps like top app list and if u click u can see lot of new apps order lists by genre, date, price... see the download, install and sync status of an app see the apps installed in my phone and here about zune: In playlist view a now playng voice that easy help us manage playlists and now playng songs in playlist and now playng edit details voice for id3tags without go to collection Auto convert id3 tags to filename and viceversa Sync with a usb thumb drive (like media player) not only with microsoft devices and burner Save and read playlists in .m3u too that are universal without it's too complicate manage playlist between more softwares and devices Show duplicate files in a playlist and if there are in another playlist too

The ability to turn OFF hardware acceleration and more detailed graphics options. Its really annoying for people with laptops that have decent integrated graphics.

1. The Zune software desperately needs a five-star rating system. I cannot build very useful playlists with only the like/dislike rating system. 2. I would also very much like an audiobook management catagory similar to what iTunes offers, with the all-important ability to remember playback position.

How about the ability to add cover art to the movies and videos I add to the Zune PC software. Right now its set up so that instead of cover art it has some meaningless frame X seconds into the movie as the thumbnail. But if you think for a second Microsoft is listening to your suggestions then you may still believe in Santa and the Easter Bunny. I hate Apple with a passion but may have to go with them for my hardware as Microsoft cant seem to get its act together. Ive asked about adding video art now for a year or more and have not received a even halfway decent answer. They need 1 interface for accessing Music , Movies , Videos , and Pictures across all of your devices. I want 1 system for organizing and playing my media on my PC,my Laptop,My tablet computer, my TV, My X-box, My Zune(which I havent gotten yet because im waiting for them to fix the ZunePC issue) If I want to watch a movie I should be able to just do that from any of my devices. If I want to see what movies I have in my collection..I should be able to do that from any of my devices, And it should look GOOD Right now there this HUGE list of programs for that and none do everything that it should do. Zune software add facebook sharing to software and Windows Phone 7. This would be a fantastic feature. Perhaps, a user could login to facebook within the Zune software and Windows Phone 7 and share what they're listening to and/or they're likes and dislikes.

I came here to make almost all of these exact suggestions. Thanks, CTS, I hope they take them to heart. I'm very, very surprised that the Zune PC client doesn't operate like a browser in all those places where you would expect it to. Consistency is useful and an application with a unique behavior can make you pull your hair out.
