I suggest to sticky this thread! here are my suggests between zune and windows phone: see new apps like top app list and if u click u can see lot of new apps order lists by genre, date, price... see the download, install and sync status of an app see the apps installed in my phone and here about zune: In playlist view a now playng voice that easy help us manage playlists and now playng songs in playlist and now playng edit details voice for id3tags without go to collection Auto convert id3 tags to filename and viceversa Sync with a usb thumb drive (like media player) not only with microsoft devices and burner Save and read playlists in .m3u too that are universal without it's too complicate manage playlist between more softwares and devices Show duplicate files in a playlist and if there are in another playlist too

Feature Request for Zune PC software: - possibility to use search field to find (local) pictures (monitored by zune) example: family movies and pictures - you are searching for a person and only movies of him are listed - possibility to change the sort order to Z-A for Albums (at the moment only A-Z is supported) example: music like A State of Trance has many episodes and I don't want to scroll down all the way (500+ episodes) using sort by time added destroys the alphanumeric order possibility to change volume in toolbar player (or if you hover over it and there will be a volume control - would be fine too) example: it's annoying to open and close ( to toolbar) zune only for a volume change. Alternative solution, if you hover over the toolbar player there is album and song information as well as a timeline. If there is a volume control that would be fine, too. Thanks

Are you guys ever going to update Zune HD or Mp3 player? As in hardware-wise. I get it you are focused on the phone. I however would like to see Zune HD 2 or an update to physical design of the mp3 player itself. The fact that you guys took off Zune originals was bad enough but now there hasn't been any new feature updates. At least nothing too drastic. Please give us a Zune HD2, more software updates, and redesign the look of the mp3 players!

What films are available via Zune, for me to watch on my XBOX 360, which are subtitled in English? I am deaf and use a cochlear implant. I am very willing to pay for movies but at present the Zune service is not fit for me to use. I am confident that I am not the ony person with this problem. It is actually law in the U.K for the main T.V broadcasting companies to provide, I believe 90%, of their programmes with optional subtitles. Why is Zune allowed to circumvent this and what is being done to address the problem as your service is not accessible for disabled users. ^^^^ question i asked and was directed to this. I'm struggling to see how this is a request when it should be a legal requirement?

Here are my suggestions: -Audio Equalizer. I know my music can sound better! -Sync to any USB mass storage device -Consolidate library to default folder Other than that I'm fairly content with Zune!
