Yep - 100% behind this one. The disparity between the offer between US-citizens and everyone else really does need to be addressed if MS want the Zune ecosystem to thrive in an international market against some pretty stiff competition. You don't get the
same two-tier approach with iTunes (awful though the software is in other ways) so why should non-US Zune software users be any different? I pay enough for a Zune pass, so let's see some more serious attempts at equality please!
Unrelated note - the movies marketplace needs serious beefing up re content - the range of films is currently pretty poor in comparison with the competition. I now know several new Windowa 7 phone users who are really impressed by the Zune for PC software,
but find the poor movies content a real joke.
