I suggest to sticky this thread! here are my suggests between zune and windows phone: see new apps like top app list and if u click u can see lot of new apps order lists by genre, date, price... see the download, install and sync status of an app see the apps installed in my phone and here about zune: In playlist view a now playng voice that easy help us manage playlists and now playng songs in playlist and now playng edit details voice for id3tags without go to collection Auto convert id3 tags to filename and viceversa Sync with a usb thumb drive (like media player) not only with microsoft devices and burner Save and read playlists in .m3u too that are universal without it's too complicate manage playlist between more softwares and devices Show duplicate files in a playlist and if there are in another playlist too

Dont know if anyone else has already written this, theres too many pagse to go through! -But I think the zune software should have an option like itunes, where it keeps your music organised.. if you transfer music from a friend, or rip a disc with songs youre not sure about you have to manually move and change the names of each song.. (im a little OCD when it comes to that haha) -Also Some standard auto playlists like recently played, most played and of they changed the rating system (I think they should to something other than love or hate) a top rated playlist..

I often use the Mini Player. It would be great if I could right-click on an album or song title and Add to Playlist from the Mini Player. Currently I have to Restore the player to do so which is an extra step or two that I would rather not have to take. Thanks!

It shouldn't as you are using the pic for personal use, but then again, the copyright laws are so convoluted I can't begin to make heads or tails of all the little loopholes they have written in. Can't imagine how lawyers can either, but they seem trained to twist things how they want...

yes, your absolutely right, you cannot forget about good ol' copyright infringement. the only problem is, i don't even know who's in charge of it, or how it works. do they have to ask permission to use every artist pic/bio on zune marketplace? if thats the case, then it would make sense that some artists in foreign countries don't have a pic/bio as there might be a few walls to scale to get permission, but its still no excuse for american artists. i listen to film/game scores most of the time, and some of the most famous composers out there (who aren't named Zimmer or Elfman), don't have a pic/bio. its nothing short of annoying. the user uploaded pic/bio still applies since it doesn't break copyright infringement (or does it? i cant remember the last time i called Universal to ask to use one of their album art, it must have been a while ago)
