I suggest to sticky this thread! here are my suggests between zune and windows phone: see new apps like top app list and if u click u can see lot of new apps order lists by genre, date, price... see the download, install and sync status of an app see the apps installed in my phone and here about zune: In playlist view a now playng voice that easy help us manage playlists and now playng songs in playlist and now playng edit details voice for id3tags without go to collection Auto convert id3 tags to filename and viceversa Sync with a usb thumb drive (like media player) not only with microsoft devices and burner Save and read playlists in .m3u too that are universal without it's too complicate manage playlist between more softwares and devices Show duplicate files in a playlist and if there are in another playlist too

I really love the Zune software! The only flaw it has (but it is a huge problem) is the lack of subtitle support. Microsoft, please, add an option to watch the movies with some kind of the subtitle file (txt, srt, whatever). It is a crucial feature for all the people who are not native English speakers, as well as for the hearing impaired people!

Ability to submit user created playlists to Zune! Currently they only come out of the US - Would make Zune far more appealing for international users :)

I would suggest to create a "Smooth pause" feature/option so that music fades in and out when you press pause.
