I used to be yahoo/rhapsody customer. Switched to zune a long time ago. The biggest thing I miss and ms really needs to copy is being able to stream content from within the client.
In Rhapsody you could choose to stream or download to your computer. If you add something to your library in "streaming mode" or whatever it was called, it was more of like a book mark and this way you could make playlists and stuff no matter where the content
was, either downloaded or streaming.
Similarly, I want to be able to save my playlists on one computer and access them from any zune client, pc software, xbox, phone etc.
Rhapsody would let you sync up your library. So if for example at home I always chose to download so I could listen off line, and at work I always chose to stream. If I added some songs to my library at work "streamed book marks" or whatever it was called,
when I got home they would automatically appear in my library and download.
And I'm not talking about cloud storage of my physically ripped cd's I'm only talking about zune pass content. But with that said,
If say you have made a playlist on your home computer where you added tracks from an album you bought through market place or ripped. And it is not currently in your library on other computers either as drm or drm free, then automatically stream from zune marketplace
if that is an available title. This feature wasn't in rhapsody and it was the one only they were missing.
