Sorry Jim, but it's bad enough having a free game that takes the p**s. Why on earth would anyone want to pay for the same game from an online website?
If you think MS Hearts cheats, try Hoyle Hearts. It deals the same hands over and over and loads you worse than MS does. Also cheats by reneging and changing passes. When will these software developers, as well as their bosses, learn that this is not logical for people will spread the word and save their money by not purchasing such junk.
I must admit that i was slightly surprised by the blatant ( and pathetically poor ) attempt by the game to manipulate my win stats. I had recently reset my stats after playing about 5000 games, just to see if i could get my win ratio higher. But, even
given the games propensity for card-fixing and cheating, i didn't expect this.

- Programs you are having problems with
- Error messages
- Recent changes you made to your computer
- What you have already tried to fix the problem
I totally agree and don't know why Microsoft hasn't offered a "fix" to this obvious glitch!! I have decided not to even play the game again and it makes me feel like I don't want to use anything Microsoft creates at all in the future for the "ethics" of it all. I have caught the "programming" of the Hearts game dealing a heart first when WE CAN'T and the very next hand they have other suits... (which PROVES they should not have lead a heart unless someone else did first). Also, if you watch CLOSE, sometimes I take the suit and another player leads the next hand illegally before I can even play the card I want (which makes me push the wrong card out! I just played a hand when that happened and that player "shot the moon" against me when they didn't even WIN the hand to play the next card. I'm personally done with this CHEATING game. Waste of time and effort and too much aggravation. I've tried playing it for years now and anytime I get to 43% it starts cheating like crazy. It's a constant cheating game PLUS you have 3 players against 1 to try to beat. It's in my recycling bin now!
