how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page

somehow page moved to right, can't see  over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

    cant get the screen to move over to the left. have about a 3 inch space of black

    How can I get my cursor beyond left margin of page--to see ALL of the left side of page?
