how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page

somehow page moved to right, can't see  over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

    screen has moved to the right and I cannot see or use the scroll bar. how do I fix?

    my problem has not been addressed, nothing i have read tells me how to get my screen centered after it got to far right for the arrows to work
