Close other windows. Leave only the affected window, the affected program open. Right-click the Taskbar and Cascade windows. That should put the window entirely on screen. Stretch it out to the size you want and close it. It should remember that size.

My internet screen and Windows screen has shifted to the right. It cuts off the right side of the display. How do I move it to the left so I can see the entire screen?
