how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page

somehow page moved to right, can't see  over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

    I have the same question

    Close other windows. Leave only the affected window, the affected program open. Right-click the Taskbar and Cascade windows. That should put the window entirely on screen. Stretch it out to the size you want and close it. It should remember that size.

    My internet screen and Windows screen has shifted to the right.  It cuts off the right side of the display.   How do I move it to the left so I can see the entire screen?

    2. "Internet screen" refers to which browser?
    3. Which "Windows screen" is affected? 
    4. Desktop with separate monitor or laptop with built-in monitor?

    All my internet search result pages are to the left.  Didn't make changes to computer.
