how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page

somehow page moved to right, can't see  over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

    need to see scroll bar on all pages, mail, desktop, home page

    is there something in settings to help

    1. Which version of Windows are you running?
    2. Which version of Internet Explorer or are you using another browser like Edge or Chrome or Firefox?
    3. Does changing the zoom (zooming out) help?

    From another post:

    If everything, the entire screen, has moved over you need to find the controls on the monitor, buttons or scroll wheels or a combination of the two.

    At the website of the monitors manufacturer you might be able to download a Manual or User Guide for that model.

    2. If www.google.com ...

       a. Which version of Windows are you running?

       b. Which version of Internet Explorer or are you using another

           browser like Edge or Chrome or Firefox?
