I also have the same issue. Any windows page that I open is too far right. Icons from the home page can be seen along the left side and the right side is cut off. With one of those windows open, right-click on the Taskbar and Cascade windows. That will put the window on screen, smaller than the screen. Stretch it to fill the screen (don't use the Maximize button) then close it. Does it open on screen next time?

I am not computer savvy. The left margin of the page is too far over and does not allow the type to all be on the page. How can It be moved over so it is on the page and readable?

Is this happening with a browser? Which browser on which version of Windows?

Or is it happening with other programs? Which programs?

If a browser, try stretching the window to fit the screen. Don't use maximize. Stretch the window and see if that setting sticks.
