how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page

somehow page moved to right, can't see  over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

    Thank you . Already solved this problem 6 months ago, keep sending me a new message every week . tried to delete it , but not happening for some reason .

    cant get the screen to move over to the left. have about a 3 inch space of black

    my problem has not been addressed, nothing i have read tells me how to get my screen centered after it got to far right for the arrows to work
