how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page

somehow page moved to right, can't see  over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

    windows 7 and my main page has shifted to the left I have a destop with separate monitor
