somehow page moved to right, can't see over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

need to see scroll bar on all pages, mail, desktop, home page
is there something in settings to help

If everything, the entire screen, has moved over you need to find the controls on the monitor, buttons or scroll wheels or a combination of the two.
At the website of the monitors manufacturer you might be able to download a Manual or User Guide for that model.

Or, have I misunderstood? Are you having this problem only with one or two programs? Which programs?
