Every one that I try to open up to get futher information on
how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page
somehow page moved to right, can't see over to the scroll bar. Tried to move screen over with left side arrow, it won't move far enough to show entire Widows page

With one of those windows open, right-click on the Taskbar and Cascade windows. That will put the window on screen, smaller than the screen. Stretch it to fill the screen (don't use the Maximize button) then close it. Does it open on screen next time?
