my msn windows page has moved completely to left with only about inch of right side showing. Tried dragging using arrow but that didn't work. So I see the desktop and only 1 inch msn page
OK. Right-click a blank area of the Taskbar and select Cascade. That should put the window on screen but smaller than the screen. Stretch that window out to the size you want and close it. It should open that size next time.

Which browser?
With nearly any browser, you can zoom out with [Ctrl and -] or zoom in with [ Ctrl and +]Try zooming out to make the window smaller, then grab the corners and stretch the window to fill the screen.
