I have Windows 10. How do I move my home page over from the right?

With either Internet Explorer or Edge...

With only that window open, right-click on the Taskbar and Cascade windows. That should make the window smaller than the screen and entirely on screen. Stretch that window out to fill the screen (don't use the maximize button) then close it. Does it fill the screen next time you open that browser?

Close other windows, right-click the Taskbar and Cascade windows. That should put the Chrome window entirely on screen. Stretch it out to the size you want and close it. It should remember that size.
