I try to install the game after installed the program can't start because d3dx_43.dll is missing from your computer so I dowload d3dx9.dll from internet but the program still can't start how do i fix it?

2016-08-21T16:26:15+00:00 I follow this link and it says that the update to Windows 10 has ended. Well I'm already Windows 10 for a while now. Wanted to fix the .dll43 error. Tried to download DirectX but always get this error or System Error that directs me to Error.log but I can't run DirectX becasue 43 missing! Whats up with this?
