Hi,

Which game are you trying to install?

Download and run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer on your computer and then try to start the game.

Here’s the download link:

I have direct x 11 installed. My PC's configuration is Intel core i5 2500k, 4 gb RAM and Intel® HD Graphics 3000. OS is Windows 7 Premium(64 bit). Do I also need to update my Direct x version. It's Direct x 11. For more information, I am trying to install NFS The Run Limited Edition.
