I try to install the game after installed the program can't start because d3dx_43.dll is missing from your computer so I dowload d3dx9.dll from internet but the program still can't start how do i fix it?

I am trying to install FIFA 14 on my PC. I do have a genuine windows 8.1 updated regularly with DirectX 11, my video card is not bad either. After all the installation procedures when i try to open the game it gives me a "d3dx9_43.dll is missing" error. How should i proceed further? Please dont tell me to update my DirectX because i already did that. Or is there any issues with Windows 8 or 8.1? I could find most of them who has w8 facing the same issue.
Kindly provide me with a resolution so that i aint wasting my time on a simple game installation on my PC.

2013-05-18T05:47:41+00:00 I have direct x 11 installed. My PC's configuration is Intel core i5 2500k, 4 gb RAM and Intel® HD Graphics 3000. OS is Windows 7 Premium(64 bit). Do I also need to update my Direct x version. It's Direct x 11. For more information, I am trying to install NFS The Run Limited Edition.
