How do I reinstall WLDCore.dll?

i continue to receive pop up error message WLDCore.dll was not found, reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

    Thank you guys for help and once again Microsoft should be ashamed for neglect in packing his products. In 21-st century things like these should really not happening.
