How do I reinstall WLDCore.dll?

i continue to receive pop up error message WLDCore.dll was not found, reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

    Sorry you lost me there, I eventually found programme files and the missing Wld things, I copied them but don't know where I'm supposed to put them?

    Copied file to windows root OS folder, works.

    Other suggested solutions failed.

    This didn't work for me, At first I just downloaded the email part of Windows Live, but it didn't work, so I thought maybe I have to download the whole suite, so I downloaded the whole windows essentials 2012 package, navigated to the 'Windows Live' - Shared folder, but the WLDCore.dll file isn't there. Uninstalling & reinstalling is a nightmare because you have to get rid of all remnants of previous install before reinstalling, it took forever & I did it about 3 times.

    I have Windows 7 & recently upgraded my Hard Drive to an SSD, now I can't get Windows live email back. Where can I download the WLDCore.dll file safely?
