I cant open my mail box. I can see my profile .I open Gmail,Isaid that for the person who wants to answer.thanks

    1.What is the email client that you use to send/receive emails?

    1. Do you  get any error message when you try to open the mail box?
    2. Are you using a mail client or a web based mail client?

    Reply back with answers in order to assist you in a better way.

    no my screen make up with logos changed completely.

    I assume Gmail is web based

    2. Which version of Internet Explorer or are you using another browser like Edge or Chrome or Firefox?
    3. If running Windows 10, are you using the Edge browser or Internet Explorer?
