I can't open my Gmail inbox. What is wrong with my account?

I cant open my mail box. I can see my profile .I open Gmail,Isaid that for the person who wants to answer.thanks

    I open gmail, page loads. I open mail, it waits, then loading appears, then" something is not right" "trying to connect to gmail" appears on the left hand column.

    then nothing, it works from an external source

    1. What browser are you using on what version of Windows?
    2. Have you tried another browser?

    1. Regarding no Internet access: What error message are you seeing?
    2. What browser are you using on what version of Windows?
    3. Have you tried another browser?
    4. Did the problem start after any event like Windows Updates?
