Using Win 10, Using Chrome to get to my email. Cannot get to it using your suggested link. Able to access email thru IE, however; but do not want to use that path. Howard

- Which version of Internet Explorer or are you using another browser like Edge or Chrome or Firefox?
- Can you access Gmail from this link instead of the shortcut/Favorite you were using? https://mail.google.com/
