I cant open my mail box. I can see my profile .I open Gmail,Isaid that for the person who wants to answer.thanks

    2. I am not getting an error message; it just won't open my email
    3. Not sure if my PC is trying to access it via web-based or other; I think it's via Chrome?

    1.What is the email client that you use to send/receive emails?

    1. Do you  get any error message when you try to open the mail box?
    2. Are you using a mail client or a web based mail client?
