I have Windows 7 & IE8. When I receive a perfectly good email with pictures or gif's embedded in the text and TRY TO FORWARD IT, the forwarded email has all the pictures stripped out & put in a slide show. The text is full of the dreaded red x's & the whole thing is unreadable.
How can I stop this? Turn off the slide show feature?

> Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, this is still a known issue with the client. The product team is still working on a fix, which should be included in the next release of the program. Please stand by for further updates about this issue.
Glenn M., may we please have an update?
Specifically:
1) Has the product team come up with a fix for this issue?
2) Has the product team come up with a fix for the numerous other issues with Windows Live Mail?
3) What is the expected date of the next release of the program?
Please, please, please give us some specifics so we know what to expect.
Thank you very much

Your comment about sending feedback and "Strength in numbers so to speak",
has to be the single best and bravest comment on this Windows Live Mail Help site!
Congratulations Joey D, you have opened your eyes, now if only your product team
would do the same maybe, just maybe, some of these Windows Live Mail issues could be resolved.
C'mon guys, let's support Joet D. and send a massive flood of feedback!
And Joey D., if you need a letter of reference, count on me.
Way to go!
Hi JaimeTheLimey,
The slideshow is something that can't be turned off. We encourage our users to send feedbackabout this to our product team. We understand the need for our users to have some control over this feature. We've informed our experts about this but it will greatly help if you can send your feedbackas well. Strength in numbers so to speak.
Thank you.
I have been having this issue ever since "upgrading" to W7, and like most users, I have just simply dealt with it.
I stumbled upon this thread while looking for a solution. The sheer ineptitude of Live support is both comedic and infuriating at the same time.
Is it too much to ask to be able to simply disable the ridiculous slideshow "feature" so everyone can go back to using their emial client?
