Hi,

1.  Do you get any exact error message while loading the game? If yes, please let me know the exact error code.

2.  What is make and model of your computer?

3.  Which games are you not able to play on your system?

4.  Were you able to play the games on your system in past? If so, when did the problem start and have you made any hardware or software changes recently?

5.   Are you talking about the online games or the games which are installed in your system?

If the problems are with online games, update your flash player. Click on the link given below to update it:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you are not able to play games installed in your system, try the following methods and let me know if that helps you:

Method 1:

Try following the KB article to perform Clean Boot:

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista and Windows 7

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Disclaimer: After you used the clean boot to resolve your problem follow Step 7 to reset the computer to start as usual.

Method 2:

Check if you face the similar issue in safe mode.

To start your computer in safe mode go through the below mentioned article

GAMES.MSN.COM Free Online Games won't play correctly on my PC.  I am running Windows 8.1.  My computer got hacked, administrator fixed it - reloaded my accounts, etc.  But the "free online games" from games.msn.com will not play correctly.  They won't let me sign-in.  I don't mind using a different user name for the games, but I can't sign in at all.  I tried many times to play the games - they will start, but then they are very very sluggish.  Takes loooong time to load.  When I click to play the games, they play extremely slowly, and they don't play correctly.  Example, Jewel Quest - it puts the wrong things on the squares, etc.  It plays terribly slowly, sometimes won't play at all.  Doesn't keep my scores - probably due to the fact that it won't accept my sign-on (user name, or whatever it's called).  Can you tell me what to do?  Please?
