Hi,

1.  Do you get any exact error message while loading the game? If yes, please let me know the exact error code.

2.  What is make and model of your computer?

3.  Which games are you not able to play on your system?

4.  Were you able to play the games on your system in past? If so, when did the problem start and have you made any hardware or software changes recently?

5.   Are you talking about the online games or the games which are installed in your system?

If the problems are with online games, update your flash player. Click on the link given below to update it:

If you are not able to play games installed in your system, try the following methods and let me know if that helps you:

Method 1:

Try following the KB article to perform Clean Boot:

Disclaimer: After you used the clean boot to resolve your problem follow Step 7 to reset the computer to start as usual.

I just finished chatting with a Microsoft representative who confirmed that access to the game server by the built in games in Windows 7 and XP have been turned off.  The company line is that they are updating users to Windows 10.  The built in internet games like Internet Backgammon or Internet Spades are mind numbing distractions for many of us.  I could understand if denying access to the game server would save Microsoft thousands of dollars, but it does not.  This form of juvenile behavior by such a financial monster is disappointing.   We have not allowed Windows 10 computers on our network because of all the security issues which Microsoft is constantly sending our updates to try and fix the problems.  I wish they would act in a mature manner and not try to force their way on to others.  Finally, does anyone know of a simple game server to play games like Internet Spades?  I want something very simple for I use it to relax my brain.
