The confusion is not of my making but yours! At the beginning I too could notunderstand why your replies were addressed to other persons until I found this thread is opne to all who have a similar problem and wish to join in hopefully to find a solution.Unfortunately we go around in circles and end up with an even bigger problem.I thought Microsoft could have found a better way to resolve problems like genuine Vista used for years becoming NOT GENUINE as if the :"used by" date has just gone by!
