How to rotate screen back to normal

my whole home page or i should say everything is sideways and i cant get it back to normal!!!

Use the following hotkey combination to rotate the screen.

Press and hold Ctrl+Alt and press either the left or right Arrow key.

Let us know the results.

As Ronnie Vernon suggests, use the following hotkey sequence:

Alt+Ctrl+Up/Down arrow keys. This fixed my problem immediately.

I have used this page several times and I find it works every time. My screen rotated probably because I wasn't paying attention but I used ctl + alt+ the right arrow and it rotated the wrong way so I used the up arrow and it rotated correctly. Thanks for the help.
