How to rotate screen back to normal

my whole home page  or i should say everything is sideways and i cant get it back to normal!!!

Hi

Use the following hotkey combination to rotate the screen.

Press and hold Ctrl+Alt and press either the left or right Arrow key.

Let us know the results.

    I just put my screen back to normal. it was sideways. I pushed control alt and up arrow and it work ty for your help
